Lady Philosophy and Boethius

Boethius has spent his life studying philosophy and then trying to live out those principles. And then all and then as soon as things go wrong He's not able to maintain his focus on on philosophy. So Lady Philosophy is coming to him as a like neglected maternal figure so despite his neglect she will come to him and administer these medicines as she describes That's an interesting I so the dust I I Interpreted more generally I guess it makes sense that it's specifically Boethius who’s neglected her but just as a general sort of human tendency to neglect wisdom.
