I'm hearing that if you teach, for instance, just mindfulness, completely decontextualized from any kind of worldview, that it doesn't actually perhaps do the job of really transforming somebody. And so I wonder if you want to take a little bit of time and just talk about mindfulness is one example,. But also psychedelics are often administered just like you take it and then the experience is just kind of in and of itself, decontextualizing from any other larger kind of critique or analysis of historical cultural trends.
