Yabern: There should be more adverse selection in industries like finance, where the motivation for people to work on them is money. You know, doing a lot of the hiring that i used to do, one of the big, almost red flags is when somebody comes to you and says, oh, i've been wanting to be a trader my whole life. Yabern: If theyr motivation is emotional, then they're going to be losing whose motivation is to make money. And so you kind of need to sort of balance that against these other things, like enjoying the game for its own sake.
