Timothy Stanley: I was working with this one customer. We took them through a new platform, which was going to reduce costs and make things more efficient. At the end, they didn't end up buying because of the cost of switching. Well, some great lessons there. Heaccount management roll is a different role from the pure hunter roll. Some people call it a farmer roll, but, you know, youg it's like an aggressive farmer. You have to sometimes come in and put some fertilizer on the bloody thing to get it to grow.
