i wrote a book that came out this icled anamistic about what do we do in a post appropriation world. And i don't have all the answers, obviously, but i do have two that are sort of pertinent. My own experience with my own gringaness and my own authenticity is that i am a product ofmyof all the things that have gone to make me. The stuff that happened with like, the caro in the nineties is really interesting, because it sits right where a appropriation did and didn't happen.
