There is a perverse incentive that is created by the emphasis on property tax, and the idea that if you improve a property, or if it goes up in value, you're going to have to pay more for that. So i sort of think it's an interesting idea from basically counteracting the perverse negative effects of the propery tex alone totally. I mean, def i guess i'm just cynical nowadays, but, yi, i am.
