The Rise and Fall of Rabbi Shnierson
After Shnierson died, people began to re-experience the rabbi as if he were still alive. People would behave at his temple in New York and Crown Heights. They would ask a question of the current rabbi and then they would stick a letter opener into the collection of letters and they would find his answers. And what I found so fascinating about that is that there's a very human pattern in this experience.
