I've Never Had Achilles Tendonitus Issues.

When is it ok to run through discomfort or niggle, or maybe minor pain? I'm probably at the extreme end where i actually don't think any pain is good. But a little bit of exercise is better than not doing anything. If you're sick or inju'd take two or three days off, then re evaluate things afterwards. It's never really going to hurt you a long term to to miss a couple of days.
