How to Switch Off

I want to be able to focus on what I enjoy, which is the creative side. It's a funny one, isn't it? It's like, how do you switch off? And I'm still not totally clear what the right thing is. Because if you live in a very balanced way every day and are structured with your work then this notion of a weekend is a little bit confusing for me. But I think I can like sense that it's coming now and I've had like my tools to just like reset. That's what I'm looking forward to most as we start to progress because the nature of what of my role in the business will just change so dramatically.
