Are There Any Outcomes That Don't Get Worse?

The mortal y effect is really concentrated among people where getting to the hospital as soon as possible is really important. When i look at mortality rates in that group, i find no change. So it doesn't actually look like they're getting worse before and after the hospital closure. It's not a minute by minute issue in terms of what is their mortality going to be.
