Are There Any Chronic Conditions That Could Be Raising a Red Flag?

Any patient who's on chronic medications needs a review of each of these medications. I go through them one by one with the patient, depending on what they are. And then th same thing for any chronic medical conditions. You know, again, diobetes, hyper tension, those are just more prevalent ones but it could be anything. It could be auto immune, it could be renal om cardiac disease. Whatever they have, that's kind of, you know, a focus of the preconception visit is to evaluate their potential risk for the pregnancy and seeing so would say what's their risk? How is how optimizes the patient for that condition?"
