How Does He Manage His Time?

Mr. Beast is a big team, so how does he manage all of his time? How does he divvy up where he's got to be and what set he's on? I wouldn't be surprised if he used the same sort of tools as markers, like tic-tac and things for tasks and Google calendar for his event. He'll probably go to NKVHD and ask him about calendar apps and tools and tech. But I can't imagine it being a very high up on his priority list.
