Most of the people that I have talked to are people who are really, really busy and their minds tell them, I don't have time to meditate. And so my thinking is, why not sneak in a little meditation? Because it can be as simple as, you know, pickle balls like a big thing here right now. If you're doing long periods of sitting or walking, things like that, please do. A lot of people don't.
