How to Buy a Private REIT

Phil Bach just launched a new ETF that's supposed to be, he's trying to basically replicate private REITs. I have no idea whether it'll track or not. But I don't know if there's an edge in doing that versus just buying a broadly diversified REIT. A lot of what I saw him writing about was saying and look like it'll have like the real mark to market.
