The Why of Qualify

There's huge amounts of potential in the UK and in the wider world, people who can make an amazing difference to their life. Often, I think education, if you're talking in the green room, the education piece doesn't always flow to people. And so we've got this vision of a community at QCon, where people graduate into after their basement, and they form a group of people with a similar mindset and a similar set of values that want to make difference. It might be like an alumni program, but I'd like it to be something more than that for those people as they help others around them. That is a big goal, but that's why we do these things
