Canes flight 72 was a passenger flight from singaport change airport to perth, australia. Captain kevin sullivan and first officer peter lipset were in charge of the plane. At 12 forty one of the aircraft's three air data inertial reference units started providing incorrect data to the other systems. The captain returned to the flight deck after his brake at 12 33 but six minutes later he took his brake leaving the second officer in the right seat.
