The value and velocity principle is what i called it. I'm just how much value can you give this person? Whether that's giving them discounts, extra free products, x amount off or a fall a up sel or down sell. It was something tha we noticed not a lot of people were doing. And i think we were willing to cut into our profitability for a cut down that extra margin,. In order to get more people coming through, so that the more people would come through, the more reviews we'd get, and the more s would grow in the long run.
