The Importance of Trust in a Team
I would be tinkering with a question in my mind, because one of the things that I push for with my team and I present as a value when I'm interviewing people is kind of low e got a culture. So we're very much kind of outcome focused. We're not looking for heroes or her X. And then on the point of our trust, I would also like to add that. Trust comes from relationships and relationships come from communicating. That's where we as leaders have to be open and honest with our teams lead by example.
