How to Focus Your Time on What Matters

How do you make sure that you're working on the things that will push the product forward the most? Or whatever your development goal is? I don't do that. I just do linter stuff. My code base is literally nothing more than yes, lint RC file just a bunch of violations. And for me and my teams, an effective daily stand up meeting is how I do that. Because I found that talking to the rest of the team and reminding each other about what we're supposed to be working on and what's most important. That is how IDo it. It depends on your ability to honestly say what kinds of things you've been spending your time on. Yeah.
