Value and Growth Investing

There is no such thing in our minds as value and growth investing. It just so happened that siderable opportunity existed for them in the cigar butt arena at the time they operated. Now we live in a complex world where a range of tools is required for success, a more efficient world. Back when buffet and graham were first practising their version of value invest was considerably different from the current one. There were no computers, spread sheets or data bases. Information was extremely hard to come by and process.
