The Importance of Networking With a Capital Markets Group Advisor

I imagine that it's quite different from how many developers will be looking at a piece of real estate and you've got this long term vision which is really about nurturing and cultivating a sense of place in the city. I find that to be the culture so much more than not that we don't affiliate with that group and so I'm often not networking with that group. We end up having to hire a capital markets group advisor when we seek to finance things if it's not through our own network that we're courting.
