A lot of that money is going to go to two geographical clusters. Hynet and the East Coast Cluster both have big industrial bases. They also make use of lots of hydrogen already, because hydrogen is used to produce methanol and ammonia fertilizer. In those regions, low carbon hydrogen has a lot of potential due to its dirty nature.
