Fast runners produce large forces around the hip in short times. They can be really reactive around the foot and the ankle. Can they apply very stiff contacts that let force manifest its way up into the hip? And so where we're kind of training all these things and seeing where there's gaps and deficiencies. We call this specific joint profiling. So i know that if i can broad jump a certain distance or throw a med ball a certain distance, but i still don't know that that's solely coming from my hip. Athletes can compensate any number of ways tho beable to throw themselves forward. Is that one ane tobe hit ranges of motion?"
