If you had ten minutes with one person, what would you do to make sure that they always had more gratitude? You know, for me it would give them the five daily practices and go over those with them. I myself a subscriber to the philosophy, not of a pursuit of happiness, but happiness is the pursuit. So as long as i only spend minutes and moments in the day in interfering with that pursuit, then i will be happy, but knowing there's more happiness to come.
