What Makes a Great Team?
We like teams to be cross functional and able to execute as independently as possible. The buzz word at the moment is psychological safety. But how do you create that effect of team environment? I think a lot of y culture, the tone, comes from the founding team,. So i think that if you don't have psychological safety coming from leadership, it's very hard to build it at the team level.
