i would like to feel not so triggered when my mam is critical of me. Im, i have once thought along those lines. Becaue, what would that look like? Ri li, what methods would we use to accomplish that? And then the external solution, obviously, would be learning to use the five secrets with your mam. I also suspect doing a daily mo log, where you'd be working on these negative thoughts,. Like, she always criticises me, and she never supports me or, like a good mam never criticises her daughter.
