Ukraine's Counter Offensive Delayed Due to Lack of Weapons and Training
The Biden administration has been under pressure from hawks in Congress to send the attack arms. Attack arms would give Ukraine the ability to hit targets deep inside Crimea and inside Russia, which would risk a major escalation of the war. The main argument within the administration against providing Ukraine with the tactics is that they don't have enough.
