The Importance of Free Speech
William Melch at Dinkle has been allowed to continue with his life. Although he claims to have encouraged five suicides, there may be many more. Michelle Carter was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Massachusetts after she encouraged her boyfriend, comrade Roy, to kill himself. She was sentenced to 15 months and her attorneys appealed her conviction on the same free speech argument that Terry Watkins made.
