The first two investments were equity raises that were like a million two between the two in aggregate. It was absolutely horrible because we were raising money in 25 to $50,000 average jumps. We had this growing family office network that we just tapped into and it just sort of happened organically. And I think they wanted to see us continue to provide an outlet for them to allocate capital into a real estate strategy that they thought had a lot of legs.
