Is Conit's Been Going Up?

On a 16 week plan, it's a 25 fot for the whole week. So that's quite nice to know that i've not been kind of going up huge amounts. But my big worry now is that the week end after this i'm doing the great north run,. er, when this porcass comes out, it'sgoing to ben a couple of days later. It's going to ba, ha ha, ha ha. What terrifies me is that the position of it on my training plan is three weeks ahead of of th london maratham.
