Doing Multi Set Training With RIR Is Not a Good Idea

On average, the average error that you see in this is 0.95 repetitions. So that means that people are off on average by a rep. And I think it's also important to mention that that's moderated by a lot of things. If you're doing moderate to low load multi rep training with an experienced person, their error is going to be pretty damn manageable in most cases. But if it's not, they're kind of the exception rather than the rule.
