Running is home much easier than, than practically any other form of fitness. I can leave the house at half past six and it doesn't impact my family or working day. A spin class that's set in stone at half past 12 on a Thursday does have an impact. The idea is, is four runs a week and then to support that with boot camps and yoga where I can and spin where I can. And this year, in January, I did that red January thing,. Although that started off as being running every day, what that's turned into has been just movement every day. It's kind of doing something every day.
