Who's Wrath?

Paul talks about wrath differently throughout Romans and God's wrath seems to have this purpose but he also talks about the wrath of humanity. Peter Hyatt thinks it's his job to create himself in the image of God and that makes him makes him angry so I am a vessel of wrath I'm a vessel of my own wrath, maybe God has wrath on my own wrath against me. The true self is the self that's at peace because I am who God made me to be so.
