The Work Life Balance

"I hate the term work life balance. I don't think it's true," Carl says. "Life happens at interesting times, even before COVID with a super liberal work from home policy." The company has its own weekly staff meeting called TWC which is Tuesdays with Carl. He also hosts Gooderstock every quarter to celebrate and have fun and connect.
