How to Be an Impactful Chief of Staff at Netlify

I was recruited to Netlify by the former VP of engineering Dalia Havens who's an incredible leader. My mandate was to lead data and I was starting from scratch-ish, so there wasn't a lot of net new work because they were maintaining lots of things. So I had opinions on how we were going to do things but I also did what I would recommend to any leader which is you do nothing for the first 90 days right when you come into maybe that's like 60 and start up land or 35. There is no amount of context you get during the interview process that tells you what the right answers arelike you just have to start and then start drawing conclusions.
