How to Improve Your Friday Night Programs

Tiffany came up with an idea to improve the Friday evening programs at her school. She presented it to a manager who told her, "Run with it" The plan was implemented and within two months there were more than 200 students attending each Friday night. This is the result of taking an initiative and also working together with other people.
