How Do You Decide if You're a Peep Responder?
If they've got symmetric infiltrates or bilateral infiltrates, i will tend to go up on the peep. If if a unilateral infiltrate, or ant only a low bar infiltrate, then you're probably going to get more bang for your buck. I think that i tend to be more aggressive with peop than a lot of people. But anywhere, i don't get too nervous until i'm above 18 to twentieth peep,. Then i start thinking that i may do something else.
