If i have a patient with fatty liver disease, the first thing i do is restrict frictos and alcohol. We stop all alcohol, and we drop frictos dramatically to typically five to ten grams per day. That usually improves naflde in most people. And by the way, that may or may not accompany weight loss. So that's the interesting thing there, is you don't have to lose a staggering amount of weight to reverse nafld condition.
