The freezing has to do with what we call the shadow. Every single person has some part of themselves they are hiding from the world. You've got this shadow thing you're trying to hide. And we try to hide something in front of a person or a person whose opinion is important to you. But as long as you care about their reaction to you, they own you. It doesn't have to be a thousand people. It could be your spouse. It Could be a couple of people that work that you have to present in front of. The third tool where I'm freezing up. I'm not bringing my real self to the world. Yeah. That's a little bit more involved
