The HFEA the authority has ruled against that as a reason for having IVF. I disagree with them actually. That argument seems to be a very curious one which is it's not in the best interest to any child if that child is born in order to help a sibling. The child would not be loved for himself but loved as a means to an end of somebody else who is loved. If you took a kidney to save his brother then that might well be thought to be abusive of the child because it would start him off with an effective organism. So I think the regenerative donation would be the best. It wouldn't damage the new baby at all to have some of his bone
