One of the things that's really interesting about your work is that there is this very clear sense of this internal direction. I think one of the first things I read of yours is talking about following the direction of maximal interestiness. It's stressful to look in the direction of the confusion and chaos and ambiguity. And it's like relaxing and peaceful to look at the stuff that's clear. So finding the right balance of those and maybe pushing yourself to take on a little bit more discomfort than you would if you drop the think about it, makes a huge difference.
