Kathy's agent threatened to file a criminal complaint of statutory rape if she and Derek tried to come back to the US together. Most of the public didn't see Bo until she was in her early to mid-20s. But in her book, there is a picture of her at 16 from the set in Greece, and she does not look older than her age. The affair continued into post-production on the film before Derek was hit with a pang of regret.
