She says she thinks it would be better if it were called "befriending yourself" or "being with yourself" And now onto meditation and emptiness, because he's going to kind of swing into both of those things. Salkin: One of the things I don't like about the notion that meditation is hard is that people won't ever try it and they'll give up very fast when they start meditating.
