WebAssembly Is a Big Problem for DevOps and Cloudware
WebAssembly is really good at being able to spin up WebAssembly modules in microseconds. There's orders of magnitude of difference between how fast like you can run a WebAssembly module versus how fast you can spin up a cloudfare worker that's in JavaScript or V8 isolate. It gives you basically superpowers, but there's a switching cost and adopting this technology doesn't make sense for trivial workloads. How do you even get people who get WebAssembly who who don't get the way it works?
