Introduction

The only meat that is allowed on Thanksgiving is turkey, unless my parents get a wild hair and decide to do something different. So we feels like the main Thanksgiving happened on Friday where we had brisket instead of turkey and it was amazing. My brother had some health issues. They actually ended up going into the hospital for a collapsed lung, but he's doing a lot better. He's home already and making a quick recovery.
