The Effects of Low Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid on Seborratic Dermatitis

In 2012, a study published in the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology found no pro-inflammatory effect when hyaluronic acid was used topically. But that study didn't tell you what did they consider low molecular weight hyaluronics acid because it's this gigantic protein. And so none of it penetrates deeper than the epidermis or dermis where it would have interaction with these living cells anyway. So I don't think people are seeing as much issue as people are saying.
