Is China Normal Divergent or Convergent?

A lot of, a lot of the book focuses on whether china is norm divergent or norm convergent. And when i say norm divergent, i'm referring to norm divergence from the liberal order as opposed to westphalin, westphalian sovereignty. When looking at the liberal order, you tend to see kind of a a difference between political, economic and foreign aid behavior and military so h that's the first major division. But there are a number of ways in which china very much, as is, converging with the liberal order.
