Marcus is a masterful storyteller but your vulnerability I think is so ennobling and empowering to everyone who is listening. Like parents as leaders we need to recognize sometimes we do choose to interrupt and not create the space for people to find their own red thread. If feedback becomes prescriptive which it often is as in well you should do more of this then it's doomed most feedback turns into if you are well intended as a leader then you should be able to give feedback that's really tough. All learning is insight all learning comes from the inside out.
