House Republicans laid out details from bank records that show how President Biden's family benefited from an alleged international influence peddling scheme. Members of Biden's family took in as much as $10 million from operatives in China and Romania while Biden served as former President Obama's Vice President. Investigators found with these deals that foreign operatives would pay these companies a sum of money, then a third of that money would be dispersed into Biden family accounts. 16 of 17 payments from Popovich to Walker and the Bidens occurred while Joe Biden was Vice President.
