I think that I'll say first off the braised recipe. So like just braising a chukro. Like, it's fairly easy. A lot of people who haven't cooked a lot were like, oh, I'm never going to like braise something. But you can break that down for them pretty simply. The core technique is very simple. There's a lot of ways you can modify it depending on what flavor profile you want. They followed the steps and then they were like, holy shit, I was just able to do that. That process repeats itself with coaching clients where they'll like surprise themselves at what they can do.
